Paper, even in heavier weights like card stock is not known for its particular durability. Frequent use can result in wrinkles, dog ears, scuffs, and soil that mar the look of your documents or presentation materials. A laminator is the solution. It can turn a simple piece of paper into something official and sturdy. ID cards, a reference sheet, menus, or any document or photograph that need to protected or preserved, needs to be laminated.

Laminate film comes in varieties of thickness (1.5 mm to 10 mm), widths, and composition types to accommodate any application. A laminating system is perfect for schools that need to protect maps, bulletin board displays, posters, etc., or for a wide range of business applications. Lamination makes printed items last longer, reducing waste and reprinting costs.

Two popular laminating systems are available: pouch and roll. In pouch systems, you insert your document into a laminate pouch, then run the pouch through the laminating machine to seal it. Roll systems, conversely, use two large rolls of laminate (width depends on the machine you choose) to encase your document from the top and bottom. Both use a combination of heat and pressure to seal and protect. Laminators come in a wide range of sizes and sophistication levels, ask us which ones are right for you and your application!
